I am saying an AMEN to Joey, for the transcendent moment at Eagles Way Church. For a great while, I have felt the presence of God through the services. Whoever is not making it to Church, you need to be there!!! It is awesome, even Wednesday night was so annointed!! Yesterday, I was ministered to so good! The Holy spirit touched me in a great way, through the word. Great job Pastor Buren, and the Praise and Worship was really good too! Entering in, it is so amazing! The last part was on not to worry. Wow, the scriptures that back it up, not sure exactly, but the part, where the word says, “don’t be anxious for nothing, but in EVERYTHING, through prayer and supplication, make your requests be known to God, He will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus” that just was like a ringing inside me. I hear it, read it, but this time, it took! And the part in our service that God is reminding us, by last Wednesday and this Sunday, to “Humble ourselves, and pray, turn from our wicked ways, and He will heal our land” I loved it!! I love how humble Pastor Buren gives our lives these riches when we go to Church! I am hungry for more of God, just for going!! lol, so, did I say enough, if not, I can go on and on and on. lol, ilu!

Yesterday! Just being with our church family. Kit and I had an extended vacation at the beach last month….oh well, had to do it. Anyway, while we were away we missed EWC for 4 weeks. We did our devotions daily, prayed and even got to see Mike and Sheri but we missed being at church. Pastor Buren did a great job and the praise team was amazing. We were so glad to back in church. Great things are happening at Eagles Way!

You know the subject of church is near and dear to my heart. Another Willow Creek quote..THE CHURCH IS THE HOPE OF THE WORLD…I personally believe just walking in the doors where other believers are gathered supplies more than our natural mind could ever imagine….and I believe you get what you want out of any message and song…It is a matter of your heart and how you have prepared it and opened it to the experience….every Sunday is a chance for “Transcendent Moments”

Actually, it was yesterday morning when my oldest told his baby brother that he’d rather stay home and play with him. Seth said, “You said that?” Noah smiled and then Seth hugged him.
