I’ve been sick for the past couple of days, so I’ve really got nothin’. And, due to tonsillitis, I was unable to speak yesterday. An event my husband missed, much to his chagrin, I’m sure.
On another note, I’d like to acknowledge the flight crew of US Airways flight 1549. Uh-may-zing.

After that masterful landing, that captain is now my second favorite pilot J
Have a great weekend, and y’all stay safe.

Hey friend…hope that you feel better super soon. I was thinking about you last night when I was catching up on the plane crash. It was amazing watching the footage and the details on the landing. Have to give it up to your second favorite pilot!
Have a great weekend!

Hey…hope you feel better soon…you know, after many interviews with passengers. I still have not seen an interview with the pilot…are there rules about that within the airline industry?

Thanks for all the get well wishes!
Gayla, according to my hubs, there are rules within the airline industry about giving interviews. I’m sure they have to be careful and guided on what to disclose and what not to disclose to protect the airline itself. But, I feel certain, he will be able to give interviews after the dust settles.

I thought that was amazing too. I heard on one of the radio stations that they were all slient as the plane went down but before the silence that they all prayed. Isn’t GOD GREAT??!!!
