Pastor Craig Groeschel of Lifechurch.tv made this statement yesterday:
“God is often doing the most when we understand the least.”
I’m in a trusting place with God right now. Well, are we not always in a trusting place with God? But, especially trusting Him more than usual. Does that sound wrong? I dunno. Anyway. When we don’t see Him moving or we don’t understand, we often question if He is doing anything at all.
He is.
So, what am I doing in the meantime?
I am remembering what He has already done. I am remembering my stones. Because, He has proven Himself more than enough times.
Remember what God has already done. And, rest in knowing that He is doing something.
Mkay?
I was telling some of our good friends last night that I am definitely in a trusting place with God. Each day I thank Him and give Him praise for all the blessings I have already received. He is my source. So today I will count my stones.
And build that wall of rememberance! Love your thoughts 🙂
Thank-you. I am in that trusting place, because I have no idea what He’s doing in my life right now. I just have to trust that He’s doing the best for me, because He alway has, but I still need that reminder.
Oh! I am so there! I know He has been faithful to us so many many times. Times I didn’t even know. So I know in this season, He will be faithful, even if its not the way *I* think He should.
That’ll preach.
Since I understand nothing at this point, He must REALLY be working! Thanks!
